186 flats and 15 commercial units along with underground car park on high profile regeneration site adjacent to Wembley Central in the London Borough of Brent.  The planning process involved presentations to the GLA, Cabe and a Public Exhibition.  The GLA and Cabe were very supportive of the design throughout the process.
